The Anzac Day Invitational is charged up and ready to go, with Energizer now as an official sponsor of the commemorative tournament. After running the inaugural tournament in 2020 to huge success, organisers RL Oceania are extremely excited to partner with Energizer and the Chiefs Esports Club for the 2022 edition of the competition.

Both Energizer and the Chiefs will be working closely with RL Oceania to provide a high quality program for the upcoming Anzac Day Invitational, whilst commemorating the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for Australia and New Zealand. The tournament will feature some of the best Rocket League talent in the region, with Energizer powering up both the broadcast and the prize pool to take the six-team invitational to the next level.
The Chiefs have had a storied history with Rocket League in the region and despite not currently fielding a team, are extremely proud to be partnering with Energizer to sponsor one of the premier Rocket League tournaments in Oceania. This history has meant they have been actively looking at ways to support the Rocket League scene and are excited to see the best of the best face off come April 25th.
According to The Chiefs Head of Brand, Aiden Hiko, it was a “no brainer” to partner up with RL Oceania for the upcoming tournament, going on to say "Energizer tasked us with putting together a tournament and we instantly knew it had to be Rocket League. We are stoked to be able to support The Anzac Day Invitational.

The partnership will introduce new broadcast integrations for the event, including the ‘Powered by Energizer Replay’. Now powered up by Energizer, the prize pool of the Anzac Day Invitational has been raised to $15,000AUD, with $6,000AUD being rewarded to the tournament winners.
Players can register your spot in the Open Qualifier, taking place on Tuesday the 19th of April at 6:30pm AEST. Tune into the Closed Qualifier on Thursday 21 April at 6:30pm AEST and the Main Event kicking off on 25 April at 5:00pm AEST with the Anzac Day Memorial Ceremony, all over on RL Oceania’s Twitch Channel.
