Introducing the L'Oreal Men Expert League of Legends Scouting Grounds
Have you ever watched pro League and thought you’ve got the skills to take them on? Well, now you’ve got your chance to stake your claim as part of the next generation of Oceanic talent. The Chiefs Esports Club are extremely excited to announce the first L'Oreal Men Expert LoL Scouting Grounds — held and broadcast live next weekend, November 26th and November 27th.
Featuring an all-star cast of talent you might be familiar with (you’ll find out soon enough), up to eight teams will battle over a two day competition — each showing off their skill and putting their best foot forward for the LCO teams intently watching the tournament. Teams will be comprised of four amateur players captained or coached by a seasoned League veteran, with submissions open now and closing on Sunday.
However, Scouting Grounds is not just limited to aspiring pro players. If you think you’ve got the chops to make it as a caster or a coach, we want to hear from you! The registration form has a spot for a highlight reel, so show us your casting prowess and we might be in touch! If coaching is more your style, shoot your shot and we could be calling your number next week.

Through our new Academy system we will foster upcoming talent to one day join the LCO squad and one day be leading our team at Worlds."

The event format is as follows:
Saturday, November 26th - 12PM - 5PM AEDT*
Round Robin Stage best of 1 - Top two from each group advance to Sunday
Sunday, November 27th - 12PM - 8PM AEDT*
Double elimination with top seeds advancing to the Winner’s bracket automatically. Grand Finals will be a best of three

Signups for Scouting Grounds are open now and close Sunday. Be sure to include as many details as possible as entry will be competitive and we want to make sure you get every opportunity to participate.
