Macca’s Team Up with The Chiefs for a Winter Stream with Midbeast

The best content house in Australia keeps getting better, with Maccas and the Chiefs Country Club teaming up to play host to legendary League streamer Midbeast — as Maccas continues their streaming support with a down-under winter special.

Alongside LCO commentator and fellow Challenger player Kitty, Midbeast will be taking to the Rift to school our undefeated League roster on exactly what it takes to lift the LCO trophy come the finals at Dreamhack Melbourne in early September.

With a spot in Melbourne guaranteed off the back of an incredible season, the boys have deserved a well-earned break and going toe-to-toe with some local legends of the scene is sure to be a good time all around.

Other talent joining the show includes the Chiefs’ own Aiden “Ayekay” Hiko and rugby league legend Alex Glenn, with all manner of shenanigans and tomfoolery set to unfold inside the Chiefs Country Club. The four-hour stream will also include a live tour of the Country Club, with plenty of IRL challenges woven into the spectacle.

According to Chiefs’ CEO Nick Bobir, the whole org is extremely excited about the upcoming show, saying “We worked with Macca's earlier in the year on their first stream week, so we are super excited to be back working with such a legendary partner again.

Plus, having the opportunity to bring incredible talent like Kitty and Midbeast together, as well as have them streaming live from the house is an awesome opportunity. I'm excited to see how they stack up against our League of Legends roster.”

Fans across the region will be able to win a wide range of prizes, including exclusive Maccas x Chiefs gear which will be revealed on the day. The show begins this Sunday, August 21st over on Midbeast’s Twitch channel from 11am AEST.
