Chiefs Release Destiny & Ry0ma

Chiefs Part Ways with OPL Players Mitchell 'Destiny' Shaw and Tommy 'Ry0ma' Le

TJ Bird | December 2, 2018

Today we announce the release of Mitchell ‘Destiny’ Shaw and Tommy ‘Ry0ma’ Le from our League of Legends OPL Roster.

Mitchell ‘Destiny’ Shaw

Destiny joined the club at the end of 2017, bringing with him a fiery determination, gutsy plays and a big heart. Despite his best efforts, Destiny was unable to repeat his achievements in 2017 where he won both splits with Dire Wolves, however adding two more Grand Final appearances to his already stellar portfolio is nothing to scoff at.

At the end of 2018, Destiny was selected as the starting support for the NSW League of Origin roster, where he helped guide the State to a victory over Victoria in the Grand Finals at Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne.

Tommy ‘Ry0ma’ Le

Ry0ma returned to the Chiefs in 2018 after a brief stint as our substitute mid-laner in early 2017 shortly before kicking off his OPL career with SIN Gaming.

Noted for his excellent mechanical plays and fierce drive to win, Ry0ma has definitely made a mark on the OPL and the Chiefs community alike.

We would like to thank them both for their efforts and time with us, and wish him all the best for the future from everyone at the club.
