The Chiefs eSports Club are proud to announce the addition of Alex “NaviOOT” Ridley to our team, ushering in the formation of our Hearthstone division!

Boasting consistently strong ladder and competition results, NaviOOT’s strong background in competitive sports complements his abilities in Hearthstone, most recently representing Australia at the Hearthstone Championship Tour Asia Pacific Winter Championships, where he finished in the top 4.

A competitive Aussie Rules player, playing in the WAFL competition, NaviOOT’s also managed to build a strong following on his stream.  A combination of entertaining personality and educational material, he’s become known as one of the most influential streaming personalities in Australia.

“Super grateful to join an established eSports organisation like the Chiefs. They have a great track record in games like League of Legends.” said NaviOOT, “Hoping to bring some success for them in Hearthstone and as a result hope to grow the Australian Hearthstone scene in general.”

“A competitive scene that has always been strong along with a developer that consistently supports the ANZ competition scene in Blizzard, it was a no-brainer for us to get involved in Hearthstone.” said Frank Li, owner and founder of the Chiefs. “I’m very excited to be able to work with Alex, having been a fan of his stream first and foremost and as a result, his competitive escapades. We hope to work with him to grow his stream and provide a platform to develop as a player and make some deep runs in future tournaments!”

Please join us in welcoming our newest teammate! Go check him out and be sure to give him a follow on Twitter (@Navi00t) and (Navioot) to stay up to date on his future streams!
